Optimaal Op Orde offers a wide range of professional services and support in many different aspects of daily life. The company is owned and run by myself, Mrs Marga Geus. My aim is to improve and simplify the quality of life of my clients by offering them the support and guidance to suit their own personal requirements and circumstances. Should you be feeling overwhelmed by all that needs to get done, or maybe you do not have the necessary knowledge or just simply lack the time or interest to do it, then Optimaal Op Orde is here to help you.

As a professional organizer, I can help you find balance, structure and order in your daily life. I can offer you the relief and support you need to help you overcome many difficult situations or practical problems. In circumstances such as these it can be of a great relief and support to have the services and guidance of a skilled professional organizer. Living as a foreign resident or an expat in The Netherlands: My personal services can help you to adapt to your new lifestyle. In particular, I can offer you advice on housing, taxes, health services, culture, lifestyle and lots more.

Professional Organizing (Private or Business): By offering practical tips and advice I can help you manage your time more efficiently, organise your home or work space more effectively, help you to create good working methods which are easy to keep and help set up and manage administration and financial systems. This in turn creates more free time, reduces unnecessary stress and helps create a more pleasant environment. I am a member of the Dutch Association of Professional Organizers (NBPO).

Home and Lifestyle:: I can help you plan and layout your home, assist with the move to a new house or Retirement Home and can also personally accompany you and assist you with all appointments, for example, housing agency, lawyer, doctor, chemist, shops, etc.

Health and Wellbeing: In the event of unexpected illness or disability I can help you find the support you need to meet your own specific requirements. For example, I can help you research and make contact with the appropriate health institutions which are available to help you and also assist you with applying for the necessary health aid to which you are, in certain circumstances, entitled to receive, for example, home help and financial assistance.

Legal: I can offer support and guidance in many aspects of a legal nature, for instance, explanation of complicated legal text, the writing up of all types of legal correspondence, help with applying for financial support and acting as guardian of a will.

Due to my educational background (legal) and varied work experience as a sollicitor, and provider of professional services, I have accumulated over the years a wide range of skills, knowledge and experiences. By combining these various elements I have the ability to assess any given situation or problem with a wider and more in-depth perspective to help you seek solutions that are right for you. In addition, all information and personal matters disclosed to me during our time of working together will be dealt with the utmost tact and discretion. I also speak English, German and French. Furthermore, there are very few Professional Organizers in The Netherlands who can provide such a widespread level of services and support. I operate within the Province of Zuid-Holland, for example in the region of Den Haag (The Hague), Katwijk, Leiden, Leiderdorp, Leidschendam, Noordwijk, Oegstgeest, Rijswijk, Voorburg, Voorschoten, Warmond and Wassenaar. Under certain situations I may also consider working in other regions. Should you wish to consider using my services then I would need to arrange with you an appointment at your home so that we can discuss in full detail how I might be able to help and to agree together whether or not it is purposeful to go ahead with my services. This initial appointment would take about an hour of your time and would be free of charge without any obligation to you to commit to my services.
